In preparation for all upcoming events, we have taken extra precautions to ensure that your experience at the our Stadium is safe and FUN. We have outlined the guidelines we are following to provide a safe event with extra precautions below. We ask that you please follow them closely during your visit.

 

FACE COVERING POLICY
Fans at our Stadium will be required to wear a face covering over their nose and mouth any time they are out of their seats. Masks may also be removed while eating or drinking.  All FC LONDON staff will  wear a face covering while working when required.

 

FAN SELF-HEALTH ASSESSMENT
Prior to leaving for the stadium, we ask that you please conduct a self-health assessment to further eliminate risk of infection.  If you have recently been diagnosed with COVID-19, have been in contact with a recent diagnosis, have been out of the Country in the last 14 days, or are experiencing any symptoms, we kindly ask that you stay home.

 

ARRIVAL AT OUR STADIUM
Gates will open approximately 60 minutes before the scheduled game time.  You may want to allow extra time for parking and entry to the Stadium to ensure the most relaxing, comfortable experience.

 

TICKETS
We ask that fans plan to use digital tickets, season passes, or print at home tickets only.  The ticket sales at the front gate are not available at this time.

 

ENTERING THE STADIUM
Please socially distance (minimum 2m) between groups entering to assist in this process.  Although restrictions have been loosened on outdoor events we ask that you continue to follow safe social distancing guidelines while moving around the stadium.  Auxilary signage and additional floor markers have been placed in high traffic areas of the stadium reminding attendees to maintain social distancing.

 

SANITIZATION
Hand sanitization stations will be located throughout the stadium.  It is recommended to use these frequently.  High touch locations throughout the stadium will be sanitized frequently.

 

SOCIALLY DISTANCED SEATING
All seats at our field are general admission and first-come, first-serve.  If you are seated within six feet (approx. 2m) of a fan that is not in your group or family,  please change locations. Fans may experience the game up-close at the fence line. Please have consideration not to block the view of others.

 

RESTROOMS
Restrooms will be sanitized frequently with disinfectant along all surfaces and an enzyme solution will be applied to all surfaces at the conclusion of each home game.

CONCESSIONS

Food and beverages will be available at the Stadium. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines when standing in line.
